Andrew Walker Goerlich is Founder and President of AWG Painting & Home Improvements. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Syracuse University in 1994 with a degree in Managerial Law and Public Policy and managed a national painting franchise during his summers off. After graduation from Syracuse, he spent several years in the financial industry but was always hoping to pursue his dreams of becoming an entrepreneur. So in 2006, he drew upon his extensive knowledge and experience in the painting industry and AWG was launched.
Andrew began painting houses as a sophomore in high school in the historic Chestnut Hill section of Philadelphia and his love of home improvements was born. Working on the old estates of Chestnut Hill provided him with the knowledge, techniques, and skills necessary to service his clients' needs. He is fully aware that hiring a contractor can be a difficult task for most homeowners and he makes it his priority to put his clients at ease by making the process an enjoyable one by combining honesty, exceptional quality, enthusiasm, and outstanding customer service. AWG has collected a long list of highly satisfied customers over the years who send him referrals and use AWG repeatedly. His passion for painting and home improvements make him someone his clients feel comfortable with.
